How to work 6 channel universal rf remote control with T/M/L mode?

This 6 channel radio remote control kit operates in toggle, momentary and latched mode (set the mode as you like freely). You can use it to control at most 6 different electrical deivices. For example, turn on/off the light, open/close the door. Control lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors / locks / windows / blinds / cars or other appliances.

Delete stored codes:
Press and hold the button of the receiver until the LED flashes twice, all stored codes are deleted successfully. At this time, remote control can’t control the receiver.

Learning method and steps:
Press and hold the button of receiver, then release the button when LED flashes once, the receiver enters into status of LEARNING.
Press any button of 1, 2, 4 of remote control in 10 seconds, if LED flashes quickly and then off, it means LEARNING is successful. If LED flashes once after 10 seconds, it means LEARNING is failed and the receiver will quit the status of LEARNING.
(The receiver can learn several remote controls of different codes.)

Learning different control modes:
1) Learning method of control mode Latched: When the receiver is in the status of LEARNING, press button 1 of the remote control.
Control mode Latched (Channel 1~6): Press -> On, other relays Off; Press other button -> Off.
Channel 1 ~ Channel 4 are interlocked; Channel 5 and Channel 6 are interlocked.
Such as:
Press button 1: Turn on relay 1 (connect A and B, disconnect B and C)
Turn off relays 2, 3, 4 (disconnect A and B, connect B and C)
...
Press button 5: Turn on relay 5 (connect A and B, disconnect B and C)
Turn off relay 6 (disconnect A and B, connect B and C)

2) Learning method of control mode Momentary: When the receiver is in the status of LEARNING, press button 2 of the remote control.
Control mode Momentary (Channel 1~6): Press and hold -> On; Release -> Off.
Such as:
Press and hold button 1: Turn on relay 1 (connect A and B, disconnect B and C)
Release button 1: Turn off relay 1 (disconnect A and B, connect B and C)

3) Learning method of control mode Toggle: When the receiver is in the status of LEARNING, press button 4 of the remote control.
Control mode Toggle (Channel 1~6): Press -> On; Press again -> Off.
Such as:
Press button 1: Turn on relay 1 (connect A and B, disconnect B and C)
Press button 1 again: Turn off relay 1 (disconnect A and B, connect B and C)
